Return & Refund Policy
Our Policy is that if you want to return a purchase or part of a purchase, you must contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 954-600-1937 within 3 business days our hours of operation for live phone support are 10am to 5pm. After you have the product for 20 days we do not accept returns.
Your item must be unopened and unused, we only accept returns in the original packaging, you will receive an RMA number and you should mark that on the box and in a paper on the inside the box along with a copy of your receipt.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and contact you by email letting you know the status and you will receive an email with your credit to your credit card, it is our policy only to credit back the same card you used for the purchase. shipping that is fine terms and conditions is good.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
